Start– 8.30 am
Short overview of grain brewing
The 13 Myths Dispelled
The 8 secrets to making good beer
All about Malt
Malting and Adjuncts
All about Hops
Day 2
Yeast, & Fermentation
Mashing
Designing a Beer
Hygiene, Bottling, kegging  & filtration
Day 3
Brew DAY at local Brewery- 8.00 am till finish
Breaks as day allows
3.00pm Wrap up of Brew Day
Practical; bottling kegging and home filtration
Water, Filtration, oxygen pick up, oxygen ingress
Day 4
Beer Analysis
Organoleptic Analysis (Tasting craft beers)
3.30 am Field Trip to Large microbrewery
