This is a typical 4 day Course outline.
It is run over 4 consecutive days.

Day 1
Start– 8.30 am
Short overview of grain brewing
The 12 Myths Dispelled
The 7 secrets to making good beer
All about Malt
Malting and Adjuncts
4.00 – 6.00pm
All about Hops

Day 2
8.30 am
Yeast, & Fermentation
1.30 pm.-6.00pm
Designing a Beer

—Hygiene, Bottling, kegging  & filtration

Day 3
Brew DAY at local Brewery- 8.00 am till finish
Breaks as day allows
3.00pm Wrap up of Brew Day
Practical; bottling kegging and home filtration
4.00- 6 pm
Water, Filtration, oxygen pick up, oxygen ingress
6.30 pm- Evening Dinner  (optional)
Day 4
8.00 am
Beer Analysis
Organoleptic Analysis (Tasting craft beers)
3.30 am Field Trip to Large microbrewery
