Water, Filtration, oxygen pick up, oxygen ingress & Practical

Bottling, kegging & practical

Brew DAY at Kooinda Brewery- 8.30am till finish 
Breaks as day allows
4.00pm Wrap up of Brew Day

Organoleptic Analysis (Tasting craft beers)
