Costanzo Brewing Consultants offers you the opportunity to undertake the Beer Production course on a part-time basis.
This course is designed for the home-brewer who has had experience with extract brews and and some grain brewing and wishes to learn the finer points of full grain mash brewing and the production of more rounded flavoursome beers.
The course is also well suited to the novice micro-brewer who is considering starting a small brewing operation, and indeed anyone associated with the brewing industry who wishes to learn how beer is made, and served.

- Brewing with a small scale brewing plant (50L). Take home beer
- Using different yeasts
- Fermentation and filtration
